Full Spectrum Support
$425
Prenatal planning and postpartum care for parents who would like doula expertise but do not need or want labor/birth support. Great for scheduled cesarean births or for adoptive parents!
- Two prenatal planning meetings; talk through birthing options and create a plan for postpartum
- "Golden Hour" care during the first few hours after baby is born, in hospital or place of birth
- Twelve hours of in home support after baby is home for judgement-free support
- Texting/email support from date of hire to three months postpartum
Full Spectrum Support (Virtual)
$200
Virtual prenatal and postpartum care for parents who live outside of Dane County or taking precautions for COVID-19.
- Two prenatal planning meetings via FaceTime or Zoom; talk through birthing options and create a plan for postpartum
- Four hours of phone call or FaceTime appointments for judgement-free support
- Texting/email support from date of hire to three months postpartum
